MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mr. Nagendra Goel is the Managing Director of the Company and a distinguished professional with over 40 years of experience spanning Engineering, Management, Information Technology, Process Control, Automation, Infrastructure Development, and Education. An Engineering and Management graduate, he began his career with a reputed manufacturing organization, where he played a key role in the marketing of Process Control and Automation solutions. To further strengthen his technical expertise, he received specialized industry training in the United Kingdom. In 1991, Mr. Goel embarked on his entrepreneurial journey, establishing his own business and successfully expanding into Information Technology, hardware solutions, software development, infrastructure projects, real estate, and education. Under his visionary leadership, the group has grown into a diversified enterprise with an annual turnover of approximately ₹650 million. His strategic vision, industry expertise, and commitment to innovation continue to drive the growth and success of the organization.

COO & Director

Mrs. Priya Rana serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Director of the Company, bringing over 23 years of diverse professional experience across Human Resources, Operations, Business Development, Marketing, MIS, Reporting, and Corporate Communications. A dynamic and results oriented leader, she plays a pivotal role in driving organizational growth, operational excellence, and strategic execution. She oversees the company’s HR and operational functions, ensuring the effective implementation of policies, processes, and business initiatives while providing strong support to teams across the organization. Her extensive expertise, leadership capabilities, and strong command of business systems and Microsoft Office applications contribute significantly to the Company’s continued success and development.
