Video Conference Solution to Gram Panchayats of Jammu & Kashmir State.
BIPS Systems Limited successfully partnered with the Jammu & Kashmir eGovernance Agency (JaKeGA) to implement an advanced Video and Audio Conferencing Solution across Gram Panchayats in the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir.
JaKeGA, the nodal agency for e-governance initiatives under the Information Technology Department, sought to establish Digital Village Centres (DVCs) to enable seamless communication between Gram Panchayats and the Jammu and Kashmir Secretariat for day-to-day administrative activities. Given the region’s challenging geographical terrain and connectivity constraints, establishing reliable communication infrastructure presented a significant challenge.
To address these requirements, BIPS Systems Limited designed, supplied, installed, and commissioned a comprehensive communication solution that enabled secure and reliable connectivity between government offices and rural administrative centers.
